These sessions guide you back into your power. Teaching you how to heal your physical body and release stored emotions. I work on the basis that every emotional pain or trauma can be healed so rather than focusing on the story of the pain I work on how the story makes you feel, that is where the healing happens. Rather than focus on what has happened I ask you to focus on how what has happened has made  you feel.  

At the beginning there is a structure that we will work through before we focus on the individual issues. This work requires commitment and dedication and is suited to people who are serious about changing their lives. It is an ongoing process and will require regular sessions (which becomes less frequent as time goes by).
