SELF LOVE

We grow up in a world where our value is determined by our compliance, our usefulness. We are taught that self love is nothing more than a concept. Something we read about, like the sound of but deep down don’t really know what it is. Usually its seen as being something inspirational, a quick hit or boost of words that are forgotten once we’ve put the computer down or closed the book.
