Body Wisdom Workshop

Learn to both listen and understand your body’s language and intelligence for healing, optimal Living, and maintain a healthy connection and presence to yourself and awakening to the world around you in your daily life.

These workshops are centred on the Art of Self-Healing. In this workshop I can teach you how to live a pain and illness free life.

In 2019 I ran two of these workshops. The workshops took place in two locations, Athlone and Dublin. The Athlone workshop took place on Sunday October 13th in the Radisson Blu , Athlone Co. Westmeath and the Dublin workshop took place on Sunday November 10th in the Castleknock hotel Dublin, both were a full day event 10am to 5pm.

Each workshop took the format of a Self- Healing wellness retreat.

In this one day retreat participants will:

  • Learn how to find the source of your suffering, gain acute awareness of and work with your emotional responses which often manifest into physical pain and illness
  • You will be shown the pathway and tools to regain power and become master of your own physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Identify the emotional triggers that cause you physical pain and see how they impact you in your family, work and personal life.
  • Learn practical energetic and physical skills to identify and release these dramas in future.

THE WORKSHOPS ARE TARGETED AT ANYONE WHO IS SUFFERING FROM:
