The people who know me are probably aware that gardening isn't my greatest skill. Carrying people has been a pattern and behaviour I have enacted for most of my life. I truly believed that my value was proportionate to my usefulness and that by carrying I had value, worth and a place in this world. To me if I carried others only, then would I be lovable and would therefore not be abandoned. THE PRISON OF PERFECTION

The prison of perfection, is it  fool's gold?  The definition of perfection: ‘the action or process of improving something until it is faultless.’ Our culture is now obsessed with perfection, looking perfect, acting perfect, being perfect. The Instagram and selfie generation of documenting our flawless lives. We are walking down a dead end road that just leads us away from our authentic path and who we really are. I believe that perfection is stagnation, a dead vibration that is without substance and hollow.
